The Panama Council of the Navy League was chartered in 1961 and for 55 years has supported maritime activities in the Republic of Panama including the Escuela Nautica de Panama and the Servicio Maritimo de Panama, as well as the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, the Coast Guard and the Merchant Marine. Membership in the Panama Council is open to persons of any Nationality who are interested in Marine Affairs. You need not have served in the Military to be a member of the Navy League.
